What a PPA generally involves
A PPA sets out how a customer purchases electricity from a solar system under an agreed contract. The investor’s role, system ownership, charges and service obligations depend on the final agreement.
The planned offering will need to explain the commercial terms, site suitability, responsibilities during the contract and what happens at its end.
Two companies. Clear roles.
Ecogeneration Berhad provides solar project design and installation services. It is listed in the ECoS Electrical Contractor Class PV (Grid-Connected) register.
Evergreen Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is a Sabah Registered PV Investor. Its registration is separate from Ecogeneration’s contractor registration.

Who would be the investor?
Evergreen Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is the intended investor for the planned PPA offering. Its ECoS investor certificate is SaRPVI-0003/2026. Ecogeneration Berhad’s role is solar project delivery; the two registrations belong to separate companies.
Can I get a PPA price or contract now?
Pricing, eligibility, contract duration and responsibilities are still being finalised. We are not publishing a tariff, deposit requirement, guaranteed savings figure or contract offer at this stage.
What can I do now?
You can discuss your property and interest in PPA with us. This is an initial conversation, not an application or commitment to a financing arrangement.
